Beth Grant

Beth attended Castleton University, in Vermont, and Art Students League, in New York, but she considers herself mostly self-taught. She enjoys drawing, painting in both watercolor and oil and loves wood carving. There are no deep philosophical comments about her work; she has just always been fascinated with art.

Woody Jackson

Woody Jackson, often know as the “Cowman” began painting the iconic Vermont Holsteins in 1972, after graduating from Middlebury College, where he found his calling in art and then in the love of Vermont and its landscape. While receiving his MFA in Brooklyn, NY, Woody received a call from, none other than, Ben from Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream in 1983 to use Woody’s cows for their expanding ice cream company. Today, he runs his one man operation at home mostly creating original oil and watercolor paintings with his cows.
